Everleaf Network pulls out of USA, France, and Malta

The Everleaf Network has recently added a clause to their terms and conditions forbidding residents of the United States, France, and Malta from playing in their games. The recently added rule to their terms and conditions reads '18. All tournaments on Party Poker have had their rake completely removed.
